This page lists every third party that receives data from UWmatic in the course of running the service. It is referenced by our Privacy Policy and is the authoritative list. We maintain it here so it can be kept current without rewriting the policy each time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and none of the providers below are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Core infrastructure
Required to run the service. You cannot use UWmatic without these.

Third-party data in documents you upload
Offering memoranda and operating statements can contain information about people who are not UWmatic users — most commonly broker, seller, property manager, and lender contact details.
UWmatic does not currently accept rent rolls or lot rolls, so unit-level tenant records — names, contact details, and payment or delinquency status — are not ingested by the platform. If that changes, this page will be updated before the capability goes live.
Where a document you upload does contain third-party information, it is transmitted to the AI providers listed above for extraction, and is stored in your account alongside the rest of the deal.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share these documents with us.
If personal information is not needed for your analysis, we recommend redacting it before uploading. UWmatic's calculations do not depend on identities.
Public data sources
We also read from public government and market data sources — the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Economic Analysis, Federal Reserve Economic Data, HUD, FHFA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Zillow research files. These receive no personal information. Where a lookup is specific to your deal, the request carries the relevant geography — a ZIP code or metropolitan area — and nothing that identifies you.
Changes to this list
We update this page when we add or remove a provider. For material changes we will also update the Privacy Policy and its "last updated" date. Questions: support@uwmatic.com.
